The EditWorks name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of EditWorks. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use may constitute trademark infringement and subject you to legal action.

6. Payment and Billing

Payment terms for our video editing services are established on a project-by-project basis and detailed in individual service agreements or quotes. Standard payment terms include:

Pricing: All prices are quoted in British Pounds (£) and are subject to VAT where applicable. Project quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Payment Schedule: Payment terms vary by project scope and may include deposits, milestone payments, or payment upon completion. Specific terms will be outlined in your project agreement.

Late Payments: Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts in accordance with applicable law.
